Experienced associate opportunity in a national Compensation & Benefits practice. You'll work on equity and executive compensation matters across corporate transactions and public-company workstreams, including proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, and IRC Sections 280G and 409A.

Typical matters include compensation advice for mergers & acquisitions and IPOs, plan design and documentation, and related regulatory and disclosure issues. The role emphasizes clear drafting, cross-team collaboration, and practical client-focused solutions.

3-6 years of post-qualification experience in compensation & benefits (equity and executive compensation focus)

Strong academic credentials, excellent drafting, oral communication and analytical skills
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission or eligibility for admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
