The team offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive market compensation; the posted annual pay range for this role is $260,000–$390,000 (final offer dependent on location and experience).
- 3–6 years of experience in compensation & benefits or executive compensation practice
- Practical experience with equity-based compensation, executive compensation arrangements, and proxy disclosures
- Knowledge of IRC Sections 280G and 409A and experience supporting M&A and IPO-related work
- Excellent writing, oral communication and analytical skills
