Typical work includes advising on equity plans and awards, proxy disclosure, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, executive agreements, and cross‑practice collaboration with corporate and securities teams. The team values strong drafting, analytical skills and clear client communication.

Ability to work collaboratively with corporate and securities teams and manage transaction timelines
