Typical work includes advising on equity plans and awards, proxy disclosure, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, executive agreements, and cross‑practice collaboration with corporate and securities teams. The team values strong drafting, analytical skills and clear client communication.

- 3–6 years post‑qualification experience in compensation & benefits, executive compensation or ERISA matters
- Experience with equity‑based compensation, proxy disclosures, 280G/409A and employment/severance agreements
- Strong academic credentials, superior drafting, oral communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with corporate and securities teams and manage transaction timelines
