Key work includes equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosure support, employment and severance agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A guidance, and transactional support on M&A and IPOs. The team advises across client types and industries on plan design, transaction-related compensation issues, and disclosure obligations.

- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in compensation & benefits or executive compensation practice
- Hands-on experience with equity awards, executive compensation, proxy disclosure, and IRC Sections 280G and 409A
- Transactional experience supporting M&A and IPOs and drafting employment/severance agreements
- J.D. and active bar admission or eligible for admission; excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
