Compensation & Benefits Attorney — Employment & Labor

A national Compensation & Benefits associate role supporting equity and executive compensation, employee benefits and related securities work. The team advises on equity plans, proxy disclosures, tax-sensitive issues under IRC Sections 280G and 409A, and compensation aspects of M&A and IPO transactions.

Ideal candidates will join a multi-office US practice and work on transactional and disclosure matters across public and private company matters. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits program and provides a competitive compensation range for this experience level.

• 3–6 years of PQE in compensation & benefits, executive compensation, or closely related practice.
• Practical experience with equity plans, proxy disclosure, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, and compensation issues in M&A and IPOs.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills.
