Join a band‑1 competition, regulation and trade team in Melbourne advising domestic and international organisations on the full spectrum of competition, consumer and regulatory matters.

Work will include cartel and behavioural investigations, competition litigation, merger clearance processes and regulatory advice, with opportunities to collaborate across an integrated national practice and other jurisdictional teams.

The role offers structured mentoring, on‑the‑job learning and exposure to high‑profile, complex matters across regulated sectors.

3–5 years' post‑qualification experience in private practice or relevant regulator experience in Australia
Solid experience in competition/consumer and regulatory law, ideally including both advisory and contentious work
Strong academic record and commitment to continuous learning
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines and work collaboratively
