• Minimum 3 years litigation experience in complex/commercial, business, construction, or employment litigation
• Licensed and admitted to practice in Hawaii
• Strong litigation writing, legal research, and persuasive oral advocacy skills
• Self-starter who works well on teams and can manage assignments with minimal supervision
• Trial experience preferred but not required
