Seeking a Complex Litigation Associate to join a national litigation team with openings across multiple U.S. offices. The role involves handling high-stakes commercial disputes across federal and state courts, with opportunities for significant motion practice, discovery management, and trial preparation.

Successful candidates will work on teams defending and prosecuting complex matters, draft pleadings and briefs, conduct depositions, and support courtroom work when needed. The position offers exposure to a broad range of industries and coordinated multi‑jurisdictional litigation.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Demonstrated experience in complex commercial litigation, including motion practice and discovery management
Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills; courtroom or deposition experience preferred
Ability to work collaboratively on cross-office teams and manage multiple matters simultaneously
