Seeking a litigation associate to join a national Am Law 100 firm’s growing Columbus office. The role will focus on complex commercial litigation, class actions, and employment litigation matters handled at both local and national levels.

Ideal candidates will take responsibility for substantive aspects of litigation with limited supervision, contributing to motion practice, depositions, and appellate work where applicable. The team emphasizes professional development, diversity, and flexible working arrangements.

2–5 years of substantial litigation experience (PQE)
Licensed to practice in Ohio
Strong legal writing, research and analytical skills
Experience with motion practice, appellate work, and depositions strongly preferred; trial experience a plus
Self-starter able to manage important litigation tasks with limited supervision and a commitment to excellent client service
