1–4 years post-qualification experience in healthcare law with both transactional and regulatory exposure
Practical knowledge of Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute
Experience on transactions involving private equity or portfolio companies is a plus
Strong academic record and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills
Ohio bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Ohio bar
