Growing Columbus litigation team seeking an associate with experience handling complex commercial and class action matters, including employment-related disputes. The role involves significant motion work, depositions, and opportunities to support appellate and trial preparation.

2–5 years of substantive litigation experience (commercial, class action, and/or employment litigation)
Licensed to practice in Ohio
Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage significant litigation tasks with limited supervision
Experience with motions practice, depositions, or appellate work strongly preferred; trial experience a plus
