Conflicts Attorney — Compliance & Regulatory — Remote / Hybrid (Minneapolis, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Phoenix)

Seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join a national law firm’s conflicts and ethics team. This role researches, reviews and resolves conflicts-of-interest issues for new matters and lateral attorney hires, working closely with ethics counsel, recruiting, claims and firm attorneys to ensure timely matter openings and compliance with professional conduct rules.

The position may be fully remote or hybrid from Minneapolis, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle or Phoenix. Core duties include analyzing conflicts reports, clearing matters in specialized conflicts software, drafting waivers and ethics-wall documentation, reviewing engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines, and delivering training on conflicts and professional responsibility topics.

The team-oriented role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to resolution.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in one or more U.S. states.
• At least 2 years of experience clearing conflicts, drafting waiver letters, and implementing ethics walls at a large law firm.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Intapp Conflicts (or equivalent conflicts software) and with opening/clearing lateral-hire matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, analytical rigor, and the ability to work independently or on a team.
