Seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join a busy compliance and regulatory team in the Tysons, VA area. The role focuses on conflicts clearance and related firm intake processes for matters and new clients within a national practice.

The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys and intake teams to perform conflict checks, manage conflicts databases, prepare clearance memoranda, and support firm compliance procedures. This is a practice-oriented, detail-driven role with opportunities to streamline processes and advise on conflicts-related questions.

Juris Doctor and active admission to the Virginia bar or eligibility to be admitted (or willingness to obtain admission).
Experience with law-firm conflicts checks, client/matter intake, or related compliance processes preferred.
Strong attention to detail, legal research and writing skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
Proficiency with conflicts and matter-management databases or willingness to learn practice-management systems.
