Conflicts Attorney I — Compliance & Regulatory — Dallas

We are seeking a Conflicts Attorney I to join a national conflicts team supporting new business intake, lateral hiring, risk management and conflicts clearance. The role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and resolving ethical conflicts, preparing conflicts reports, drafting waivers and engagement letters, and advising attorneys on professional conduct issues.

The position works closely with lawyers, in-house counsel, and conflicts colleagues across offices to ensure timely and documented conflict resolutions, maintain the conflicts database, and assist with software implementation and special projects. The team provides training, mentorship, and clear development paths for conflicts professionals.

This role is available hybrid or fully remote for candidates within commutable distance to the Dallas office and requires occasional after-hours on-call support for urgent matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. law license
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in a large law firm conflicts environment or as an associate at a large law firm
• Working knowledge of ABA Model Rules and jurisdictional professional conduct rules
• Experience with Intapp conflicts/new business intake preferred; strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
