Seeking a Conflicts Attorney I to join a large, international law firm's Conflicts team based in Los Angeles. The role supports new-business intake, lateral hiring, conflict clearance and risk-management initiatives across the firm.

Primary responsibilities include conducting conflicts searches, analyzing results against ethical rules and firm policy, preparing conflicts reports and clearance recommendations, drafting engagement letters/waivers/ethical-wall memoranda, and advising lawyers on conflicts issues. The role also contributes to database maintenance, training, software implementation and occasional after-hours escalation duties.

This position is available hybrid or fully remote; candidates must reside within commutable distance of the Los Angeles office.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. law license
Approximately 2 years' relevant experience in a large law firm conflicts environment or equivalent associate experience
Working knowledge of ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and jurisdictional conflicts rules
Experience with Intapp (or similar conflicts/new-business intake systems) and proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel
Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
