Join a large international law firm’s Conflicts team as a Conflicts Attorney I based in Miami. In this role you will manage new business and lateral intake, conduct conflicts searches and analyses, draft clearance memoranda/waivers/ethical wall documents, and advise fee‑earners on potential conflicts and risk mitigation.

The position requires collaboration across legal, hiring, and risk teams, maintenance of conflicts databases, and contribution to process improvements and training. The role is available hybrid or fully remote within commutable distance to the Miami office and will include occasional after‑hours on‑call work.

J.D. and active U.S. law license
Approximately 2 years' experience in a large law firm conflicts/new business intake environment or equivalent associate experience
Substantive knowledge of ABA Model Rules and jurisdictional professional conduct rules
Experience with conflicts/new‑business systems (e.g., Intapp) and strong MS Office skills
Excellent analytical judgment, attention to detail, written communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
