Hiring law firm seeks a Conflicts Attorney I to join a growing conflicts team supporting new business intake, lateral hiring, risk management and conflict clearance for a national practice. The role focuses on identifying, analyzing and resolving ethical conflicts under applicable professional conduct rules and firm policy.

Responsibilities include conducting database searches and external research, preparing conflicts reports and proposed resolutions, drafting engagement letters/waivers/ethical-wall memoranda, advising lawyers on conflicts issues, maintaining the conflicts database, and participating in after-hours on-call rotation as needed. The position offers hybrid or fully remote flexibility for candidates within commutable distance to the Silicon Valley office.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar license
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a large law firm's conflicts or related practice, or equivalent associate experience
Working knowledge of ABA Model Rules and jurisdictional ethics rules
Experience with Intapp (or similar conflicts/new-business software) and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel
Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, effective written/verbal communication, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
