Join a large international law firm’s Conflicts team as a Conflicts Attorney I supporting new business intake, lateral hiring, risk-management and conflicts clearance across multiple jurisdictions. You will identify, analyze, and help resolve ethical conflicts and advise firm lawyers on conflicts issues while maintaining the conflicts database and drafting related documents (waivers, engagement letters, ethical-wall memoranda).

The role combines hands-on conflicts searching and legal research with cross-department collaboration on sensitive matters, software implementation support, and occasional after-hours on-call coverage. The team offers formal training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for professional development within the conflicts function.

J.D. and active U.S. bar license
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a large international law firm conflicts group or equivalent associate practice
Knowledge of ABA Model Rules and other jurisdictional professional conduct rules
Experience with Intapp or similar conflicts/new-business software; proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel
Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication
Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and participate in occasional after-hours on-call; role is hybrid or fully remote but must be commutable to the designated office
