A mid-level conflicts attorney to join a major firm's Legal Risk Management team in Chicago, supporting the Real Estate practice. The role focuses on clearance and resolution of ethical and business conflicts for client matters across multiple US and international offices.

Responsibilities include reviewing conflicts reports, coordinating searches, liaising with lawyers across offices, assisting with engagement letters and waivers, and staying current on conflicts and ethics best practices across applicable jurisdictions. The role will also undertake special projects for the department as needed.

Law degree and bar admission (active or jurisdiction-appropriate)
Experience reviewing and resolving conflicts of interest and related ethical issues
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and ability to manage large volumes of information
Ability to work independently, handle multiple assignments, and learn new software systems
