Conflicts Attorney / Senior Conflicts Attorney — Compliance, São Paulo

Experienced law-firm conflicts professional role supporting a global practice from the São Paulo office. The role manages identification, analysis and resolution of potential and actual conflicts of interest related to lateral hires, new matters and firm-wide intake across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining conflict waivers, reviewing Outside Counsel Guidelines for compliance, assisting with implementation of ethical walls, and coordinating clearance across internal teams. The role works closely with the conflicts team and senior legal office leadership to secure timely resolutions and support onboarding.

• JD (or local equivalent) from an accredited institution and admission in good standing to a bar.
• At least 2 years' conflicts experience in a major law firm or financial institution, handling identification, analysis and clearance.
• Strong working knowledge of the Model Rules of Professional Conduct across jurisdictions.
• Experience drafting/maintaining conflict waivers and reviewing Outside Counsel Guidelines; ability to implement ethical walls.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and written/oral communication skills; ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision.
