Seeking a construction litigation associate to join a busy Miami practice group handling construction-defect, design-defect, construction-accident and fee-dispute matters. The team represents public and private owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in litigation, arbitration and trial.

Work will include case management, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations and trials. The group is open to candidates with direct construction experience or strong litigation associates with a clear interest in construction law.

3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably with construction-related matters
Strong legal research and writing skills
Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings and trials/arbitrations
