Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in construction law (non-contentious focus).
Proven experience advising on project procurement, contract drafting/negotiation and dispute avoidance mechanisms.
Comfortable advising a range of project stakeholders (developers, employers, contractors, funders, professional teams).
Strong commercial awareness, client-facing skills and ability to work collaboratively in a busy team.
