Growing Construction group in Minneapolis seeks a team-oriented associate to support both transactional and litigation matters. The role involves working with construction attorneys on contract drafting and negotiation, dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration, and litigation), and preparation of lien and related project documents.

The position is geared to a candidate with practical construction experience, strong research and writing skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities. Must be licensed to practice in Minnesota.

2–4 years' construction transactional and/or litigation experience
Experience with contract drafting, negotiations, dispute resolution, and lien documentation
Active Minnesota bar license
Strong research, writing, analytical and communication skills; excellent academic and professional credentials
