We are seeking an ambitious Associate to join a well‑regarded non‑contentious construction team with offices across the UK. The role offers exposure to a broad national practice advising on major development, infrastructure and energy projects.

The team advises on the full lifecycle of construction work from procurement and contract negotiation to legal project management, working with industry standard forms and bespoke agreements. Typical matters include commercial and residential development, large logistics and retail schemes, and energy and renewables infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a specialist practice, collaborate across project finance, real estate and energy teams, and work on high‑profile UK projects.

Qualified solicitor/solicitor‑equivalent in England & Wales (or eligible to transfer).
Experience of non‑contentious construction matters gained in a recognised practice (training seat or post‑qualification).
Familiarity with standard UK construction contracts and experience negotiating bespoke construction agreements.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle a diverse mix of sector work, ideally including energy/renewables and infrastructure.
