Join a leading international firm's Sydney construction practice as an Associate focused on front‑end construction work. You will be part of a closely integrated, cross‑disciplinary transactional team that routinely supports complex infrastructure, energy and transport projects across Australia and the APAC/MENA regions.

The role involves drafting and negotiating complex construction and project contracts, advising on procurement and project structuring, and working alongside colleagues in M&A, project finance, real estate and energy to deliver large‑scale data centre, renewable, mining and major urban infrastructure mandates. This is an opportunity to join a specialist construction team with deep global resources and significant cross‑border work.

3–5 years' post‑qualification experience in front‑end construction work at a leading law firm
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience on EPC/D&C/GMP/ECI style contracts and ancillary project documentation
Experience advising on procurement strategies and project structuring for infrastructure or energy projects
Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines, manage timelines on complex transactions and communicate clearly with clients
