Construction Defect Associate — Walnut Creek, CA

A growing litigation team in Walnut Creek seeks an associate to handle construction-defect and related insurance-defense matters. You will work on all phases of defense litigation including case management, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials.

The group handles complex property and personal-injury matters and supports attorneys with trial-focused mentorship. The role is collaborative and suited to candidates who want substantive courtroom and motion experience.

• 1–15 years litigation experience; substantive experience in insurance defense or general liability preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills
