Construction Defect Attorney — Litigation, Los Angeles

Leading national law firm is seeking an attorney to join a busy construction litigation team in Los Angeles. The role focuses on defense-side construction defect and related insurance matters, including property and catastrophic personal injury/wrongful death cases.

The position involves all phases of litigation: case management, discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials. The team handles complex, high-exposure matters and offers collaborative support and mentoring from experienced trial practitioners.

• 1–15 years litigation experience (construction defect or other insurance defense preferred)
• Admission to the California Bar
• Proven research and legal writing skills
