Join a market-leading construction disputes team as an Associate working primarily from the Bristol office, with opportunities to collaborate across other UK offices. The team advises on high-value, complex construction and engineering disputes across sectors including energy, transport, real estate and infrastructure.

The role covers the full range of dispute-resolution methods: adjudication, domestic and international arbitration, Technology and Construction Court litigation, expert determination, mediation and related contractual and strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle. You will be given real responsibility on matters and can expect a collaborative, development-focused environment.

  • Qualified solicitor (SRA) or solicitor/advocate registered with the Law Society of Scotland
  • Experience handling complex, high-value construction disputes (litigation, adjudication, arbitration)
  • Familiarity with TCC procedures, adjudication and expert determination; arbitration experience advantageous
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload independently
  • Evidence of matter management, delegation/mentoring of junior staff and engagement in business development activities
  • Open to flexible/hybrid working arrangements
