Work will involve litigation of construction disputes—including delay and disruption claims, payment claims (mechanic’s liens, bond and stop‑notice matters), and breach of contract actions—alongside transactional drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and change orders.

- 3–5 years of experience in construction law or equivalent construction litigation experience
- Demonstrated experience litigating construction disputes: delay/disruption, payment claims (mechanic’s liens, bond, stop notices), and breach of contract
- Experience preparing and negotiating construction contracts and change orders preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong references, and solid academic credentials
- Active California Bar membership required
