Experienced commercial litigation team seeks a Senior Associate to join busy litigation groups in the Los Angeles or Oakland offices. The role focuses on complex commercial matters across state and federal courts and supports client-facing litigation work within the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation practice area.

The position requires hands-on management of all phases of litigation, including factual investigation, discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in settlement negotiations, and representing the firm at hearings and conferences. Administrative proceedings and arbitration experience are beneficial.

6–10 years of commercial litigation experience
Proven experience with discovery, pleadings, motions practice, depositions, and courtroom appearances in state and federal courts
Active California bar license and admission to appear in California state and federal courts
Experience with administrative proceedings and arbitration is a plus; familiarity with automotive litigation is advantageous but not required
Strong academic credentials, client communication skills, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
