Restructuring & Insolvency Associate — Bankruptcy

A US-based restructuring and insolvency practice is seeking a junior- to mid-level associate to join its team. The role offers substantial exposure to creditor-side work and complex insolvency litigation across state and federal courts.

Ideal candidates will have experience representing secured and unsecured creditors, commercial lenders, or financial institutions in receivership and judgment-enforcement matters, and an interest in contributing to a collaborative team with clear progression opportunities.

• 2–4 years' litigation experience in restructuring, insolvency or related creditor-side matters
• Experience representing secured and/or unsecured creditors, commercial lenders or financial institutions
• Familiarity with receivership and judgment-enforcement proceedings in state and federal court
• Experience with complex bankruptcy litigation preferred; strong litigation drafting and advocacy skills
