Minimum 3 years' construction litigation experience.
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
Proven litigation skills: briefing and arguing motions, taking/defending depositions, leading written discovery.
Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy; self-starter able to work with limited supervision. Trial experience preferred.
