Typical matters include delay and disruption claims, payment disputes (liens, bonds, stop notices), breach of contract litigation, and transactional drafting of construction contracts and change orders. - 3–5 years of construction law or equivalent litigation experience
- Experience litigating construction disputes including delay/disruption claims, mechanic’s liens, bond and stop‑notice matters, and breach of contract claims
- Familiarity with preparing and negotiating construction contracts and change orders
- Admission to the California bar, strong academic record, excellent writing and oral advocacy; writing sample and law school transcript required
- Judicial clerkship and prior experience at large firms preferred
