The role focuses on litigating and advising on complex construction matters for owners, developers, designers and contractors, and includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts and related documents.
The position offers hands-on courtroom and dispute-resolution experience across public and private projects, working with senior trial counsel and multidisciplinary teams. The group emphasizes strong writing, technical accuracy and practical client counseling.

- 3–5 years of construction litigation experience
- Experience representing owners, developers, architects, engineers, design firms or contractors in construction disputes
- Strong litigation and contract-drafting skills; excellent writing and attention to detail
- Active Washington or Oregon bar admission, or ability to waive/reciprocity/UBE transfer
- Degree or background in engineering, architecture or construction management preferred
