Construction Litigation Attorney — Knoxville, TN

Experienced construction litigation attorneys are sought for a busy Knoxville litigation team handling construction defense and related civil matters. The role offers exposure to complex litigation, hearings, depositions and potential trial work within a collaborative group.

Successful candidates will work with experienced trial practitioners, receive mentorship and professional development, and participate in client-facing matters. Tennessee bar admission is required.

• Minimum 3+ years of construction litigation experience
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee
• Strong litigation skills including drafting pleadings, motions and correspondence; deposition preparation and summarizing; and legal research
• Excellent written and oral communication, persuasive advocacy, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with local rules, rules of civil procedure and federal procedures; trial experience preferred
