Senior associate role within a national construction team based in Belfast, focused primarily on contentious construction and engineering matters with some non‑contentious work available. You will work alongside experienced construction lawyers on disputes for a broad client base including contractors, developers, housebuilders and public sector bodies.

The post offers structured training, clear progression and regular exposure to high‑value, technical construction litigation and advisory work, including projects involving process engineering and renewables. The team is nationally recognised for construction expertise and supports business development activity.

At least 4 years' PQE in construction law, with significant exposure to contentious/dispute work
Strong foundation in construction law and procedures (adjudication, arbitration, litigation)
Excellent client engagement and interpersonal skills; confident working with senior stakeholders
Team player with attention to detail, drive, commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
