Construction Site Accident Attorney — New York, NY

Seeking an associate attorney to join a New York office litigation team defending construction-site injury matters. The role focuses on New York Labor Law construction claims and handling catastrophic-injury litigation arising from construction accidents.

The team defends a broad mix of industry clients, including developers, owners, contractors, insurers and construction managers, and provides deep experience in litigating and resolving complex construction injury matters.

Responsibilities include managing pleadings and discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. The position offers competitive compensation and a standard benefits package.

• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• 1–15 years' experience defending construction accident matters, including New York Labor Law §§ 200/240/241 claims.
• Strong drafting, analytical and motion-writing skills.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and managing discovery.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work independently and as part of a team.
