An established, market-leading construction practice is seeking a Solicitor (2–3 PQE) to join its Brisbane team. This role offers hands-on exposure to high‑value infrastructure, energy and resources projects, and the chance to develop front‑end construction and major project skills in a collegiate, high‑performing environment.

You will work on project structuring, delivery models, and drafting and negotiating complex construction and project documents, with ongoing supervision and practical development. The team advises on a broad range of construction matters for major public and private sector clients.

2–3 years PQE in construction or major projects law
Front‑end construction experience, including drafting and negotiating complex construction and project documentation
Strong analytical, drafting, research and communication skills with attention to detail
Commercial awareness and interest in infrastructure, energy and resources sectors
Collaborative team player with a client service focus and willingness to adopt legal technology
