Lawyer / Associate — Government & Public

A Government & Public law role within a large, national practice. The team advises Commonwealth clients on administrative, regulatory and public law matters, including merits review and judicial review, and regularly appears in Federal Courts and administrative tribunals.

This is a development-focused role with structured mentorship, regular advocacy opportunities and exposure to high‑profile, sensitive matters. The team supports flexible working arrangements.

• At least 12 months' post-qualification litigation experience, ideally with exposure to administrative/public law, merits review or judicial review
• Advocacy experience in tribunals and/or Federal Courts preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team and manage sensitive matters
