An established international law firm is building a panel of experienced consulting lawyers to support its Hong Kong derivatives and structured finance work. This role sits on a global consulting platform that places senior lawyers on client- and firm-led assignments, typically medium- to long-term and often cross-border.

The role is advisory and project-based, offering varied mandates across banking, derivatives and structured finance matters. You will join a supported consultant network with access to training, knowledge resources and professional support while working directly with clients or practice teams.

Minimum c.4 years' PQE at a top-tier law firm in derivatives / structured finance
Qualified to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, US, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Right to work and reside in Hong Kong
Comfortable operating as a consultant (typically via a personal services company or equivalent)
Strong technical derivatives knowledge; Asian experience preferred
Excellent communication, client-service focus and ability to work autonomously on multi‑jurisdictional projects
