Leading international law firm is building a panel of experienced consulting banking & finance lawyers to take on international and regional assignments based in Hong Kong. Roles are typically project-based (six months or longer) advising on a range of finance matters across syndicated lending, leveraged and real‑estate finance, subscription lines and hybrid financing structures.

This is a consulting/contractor opportunity delivered via the firm’s global consulting platform. Consultants receive project support, knowledge resources and access to training and development while keeping flexibility over the types and locations of assignments they accept.

Right to work and reside in Hong Kong
Qualified to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Prepared to operate via a Personal Services Company (per local guidance)
Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance at a top-tier law firm
Strong technical experience in syndicated loans, leveraged finance, real estate finance or related facilities; Asian experience preferred
Commercial mindset, excellent client-service skills and ability to work autonomously on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
