The role offers a hybrid working pattern based in London and involves substantive drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory work on sale & purchase and operational issues.
You will join a flexible resourcing team and be supported by a sponsoring lawyer from the resourcing group, with access to the firm's know-how and training while on assignment. This is a hands-on role that suits candidates who can hit the ground running in a fast-moving commercial environment.
- Qualified lawyer (UK-qualified desirable).
- Experience advising on LNG sale & purchase transactions and associated operational matters; candidates with gas, power, oil or commodities trading experience will be considered.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills; ability to work quickly to tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team-player who can also work autonomously; excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
