Join a panel of experienced consultant lawyers supplying short- to medium-term restructuring and insolvency expertise to major law firm teams and financial-sector clients. Assignments are typically six months or longer and span cross-border restructurings, distressed lending, insolvency procedures and special situations work.

The role suits practitioners who can hit the ground running on complex mandates, integrate with existing teams and provide pragmatic commercial advice across restructurings, liability management, distressed acquisitions and enforcement scenarios. Candidates should be comfortable working in flexible, client-facing consulting arrangements and managing their own assignments.

Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency law.
At least ~2 years’ private-practice experience at a leading firm or equivalent restructuring-focused team.
Proven experience on cross-border restructurings, distressed lending or insolvency proceedings.
Strong commercial judgment, project-management ability and stakeholder skills.
Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
Valid practising certificate (or equivalent) entitling practice in the UK.
