Join a global legal consulting panel as a Banking & Finance consultant based in Perth. You will take on fixed-term or ad-hoc assignments (often 2–12 months, commonly part-week) supporting banking, derivatives, structured finance and related financial-markets projects for major clients and internal practice teams.

This role suits a self-directed, technically strong lawyer who wants the flexibility of consulting while retaining access to high-quality work, practice support and training. Assignments may include in-house secondee-style roles, regulatory implementation projects, leveraged/structured finance matters and transactional banking work.

Qualified to practise in Australia with unrestricted practising status and right to work/reside in Australia
Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience; background in top-tier law firms, major banks, finance teams or secondee roles preferred
Strong technical experience in banking, derivatives (OTC) and structured/leveraged finance
Client-focused, commercially aware, resilient and able to work autonomously in multi-national project teams
