Join a leading international law firm’s consulting panel in Singapore, supporting high‑level banking and finance matters across the region. You will take on short‑to‑medium term assignments (typically 2–6 months) ranging from project support to senior transactional or regulatory roles.

Work will cover general lending, Asian syndicated loan markets, leveraged and real‑estate finance, equity‑backed and hybrid financings, subscription lines and APLMA documentation. Assignments usually require a minimum commitment of four days per week and may include opportunities to support internal teams on an ad‑hoc basis.

Right to live and work in Singapore
Qualified to practise in at least one of: England & Wales, the US, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Minimum 4 years' post‑qualification experience at a top‑tier law firm in banking & finance
Strong technical knowledge of Asian loan markets (syndicated loans, leveraged finance, subscription lines, APLMA documentation)
Self‑starter comfortable working in multi‑jurisdictional, multi‑functional teams; excellent client service, communication and organisational skills
