Join a global legal consulting panel as a commercial real estate consultant based in Perth. This role suits a self-directed lawyer with strong transactional and advisory experience across commercial property matters — acquisitions, disposals, financing, development, leasing, construction and facilities/management agreements.

Consulting assignments are flexible and varied (in-house placements, fixed-term project support or ad-hoc engagement with practice teams). You will work as a casual consultant or via an independent legal practice, supported by a dedicated consultant management team and access to firm training, knowledge and practice resources.

The panel is focused on experienced, adaptable practitioners who can step into complex, multi-jurisdictional projects and deliver high-quality client service while managing their own consulting career.

Qualified to practice in Australia with unrestricted practising rights and right to work/reside in Australia
Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience, ideally with top-tier firm, leading financial institution or corporate secondment experience
Strong technical background in commercial real estate: acquisitions, sales, finance, development, leasing, construction and related contracts
Proven ability to operate autonomously as a consultant, excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
