You will advise on commercial real estate matters including acquisition, financing, development and sale, leasing and facilities agreements, construction and procurement contracts, joint ventures, fund formation and REIT matters. Assignments range from ad-hoc support on transactions to multi-month in-house or project roles, typically on a part-time consultancy basis.

Qualified to practise in Australia with an unrestricted practising right and the ability to live and work in Australia
Minimum c.4 years' post-qualification experience, ideally with top-tier firm or major financial institution/corporate secondment experience
Strong technical experience in commercial real estate: acquisitions, financing, development, disposals, leasing, construction contracts, joint ventures and fund-related work
Self-starter with consulting or project-based mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work autonomously
