A flexible consulting role supporting corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on M&A, general corporate advisory and commercial/IT contracting. Assignments are typically six months or longer and can be based with the hiring team or placed directly with clients across the region.

You will join a global consultant platform that offers dedicated assignment sourcing, practice support and access to learning and development resources. Successful candidates will handle complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, work with senior stakeholders and operate autonomously while drawing on experienced colleagues and knowledge resources as needed.

Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A at a top-tier law firm
Right to work and reside in Hong Kong
Qualified to practise in at least one of England & Wales, the US, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Strong technical corporate/M&A skills, commercial awareness and experience on multi-national matters
Excellent communication, organisational skills and the ability to work independently on client-facing assignments
