Join a global law firm’s consultant platform as a Corporate & Commercial lawyer based in Hong Kong. This role is for self-directed consultants who take on international and regional assignments (typically six months or more) across M&A, general corporate advisory, commercial contracts and outsourcing matters.

The platform provides access to leading corporate clients, structured support while on assignment, and training and development resources. You will be expected to operate autonomously on complex, multi‑functional projects while collaborating with legal teams and client stakeholders across jurisdictions.

Right to work and reside in Hong Kong
Qualified to practise in at least one of England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia
Minimum of 4 years' post‑qualification experience at a top‑tier law firm in corporate/commercial work
Strong technical M&A and commercial contracts experience; outsourcing/IT experience desirable
In‑house secondment or in‑house experience at major corporates/financial institutions preferred
Excellent academic credentials and strong commercial/business acumen
Self‑starter, resilient, adaptable and able to work autonomously on international assignments
Excellent communication and client‑service skills; able to build relationships at all levels
