Corporate Staff Attorney — Funds & Private Equity, Hong Kong

Senior-level transactional role supporting a busy Funds, Private Equity and Corporate M&A practice in Hong Kong. The role provides hands-on responsibility on private fund formation, private equity investments, M&A, joint ventures and related cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will work closely with deal teams across the region, providing high-quality drafting, due diligence, transaction management and execution support in a low-leverage environment. The team offers early responsibility and exposure to complex, cross-border matters.

• Qualified to practise in Hong Kong (required)
• Transactional experience in funds, private equity and/or private M&A from a top-tier practice
• Strong drafting skills, attention to detail and commercial judgment
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, low-leverage teams and supporting cross-border deal teams
